- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to different customers

- Achieve set targets in terms of revenue, profitability, collection and other result areas

- Build and maintain strong,long lasting customer relationship

- Management of new opportunities,including routine contact i.e discern

- Develop new business relationship, generate and negotiate new income for the large Scale Assessment group to an agreed annual target

- Actively and successfully manage the process of lead generation,negotiation,closure,bid for the project and follow-up till final closure

- Possess drive,motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all business development opportunities are captured and explored

- Analyses market trends,recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

- Demonstrated ability to communicate,present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level

- Building relationship with the Corporate/Government customer accounts so as to ensure regular flow of business

- Database building & management, business opportunity analysis,Lead generation etc

- Managing business development activities entailing mapping of new market segments

- Ability to understand and present the IT services and solutions is must
