- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to different customers
- Achieve set targets in terms of revenue, profitability, collection and other result areas

- Analyses market trends,recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Demonstrated ability to communicate,present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
- Building relationship with the Corporate/Government customer accounts so as to ensure regular flow of business
- Database building & management, business opportunity analysis,Lead generation etc
- Managing business development activities entailing mapping of new market segments
- Ability to understand and present the IT services and solutions is must
