Objective / Purpose of duty :
Direct Sales, Well Networked in the FSI vertical preferably FSI banks in the region
Main responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing relationship with clients
- Understanding Dimension Data Solutions and services offerings and positioning them.
- Transactional selling / Business development activities
- Self / Job management and resources allocation for clients
- Achieving key business standards / parameters (revenues and gross margins ) for various solutions and services, set for specific business period.
- Will be responsible for handling a team of two experienced sales managers.
- Target to run would be around 20 to 30 crores
Skills Required :
- Sound knowledge of Networking, telecommunication industry / clients.
Working knowledge in the areas of :
- IP telephony
- Data security
- Network management
- Operating Environment and messaging.
- Data and voice networking infrastructure solutions
- Proven and successful track record in Business Development with large BFSI Client
- Knowledge of commercial processes and large bid preparations and costing
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
Qualification :
- B.E or Engineering Diploma, Advantage will be given for M.B.A. or professional certification in IT / Networking / Security / Microsoft
Experience :
- 12 to 18 years and above in the field of IT (Systems Integration, IT solutions and services )
