Aseema is a specialized Mobility products and services company. The company builds cutting edge field and floor mobility applications for the enterprise on the mobile. Aseema is a company created by the ex-leadership team of Kyocera Wireless India and MindTree Wireless. Aseema is a one year old company based out of Bangalore with sales offices in California and Japan.

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to build our Mobility products in South India.

Regional Sales Manager

- The sales leader should have a proven experience in building new markets for new products. A successful track record and an ability to strategize and execution absolutely essential. Build a strong and successful brand presence in South India.

Desired background and experience

- Over 10 years of sales experience

- Must have corporate sales experience

- Experience in recruiting, building and leading sales teams

- Successful and proven track record of sales

- Experience in Software product companies or System Integration companies - selling solutions is desirable

Education:

- Must be a graduate. Engineers preferred

- MBA (can be waived for exceptional candidates)

Remuneration will be in line with Industry standards, and performers can expect to be rewarded exceeding all Industry standards. The company also expects to go public in the next three years and employee stock options are a distinct possibility for all performers.
