Responsibilities:
- Partial - Proven independent performer with strong Mumbai market knowledge, connects in OEM ecosystem.
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
- Will need to drive CXO level engagement and conversations.
- Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
- Drive, Build and lead team.
- Seeking new business opportunities in their region and securing contracts for the company.
- Securing long-term relationships by maintaining practical client relations.
- Reviewing the key performance indicators of their region.
- Preparing and presenting regional reports for senior management.
- Will need to Drive Gross Margin for Region.
Required Qualification:
- Experience - 10 to 15 Years
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role.
- Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Availability to travel as needed.
- Exposure in infra domain is must, minimum 7 years of experience
