Job Description :
- Candidate should be from IT HW / SW Industry and should have sold such / or similar products in the marketplace across Mumbai region.
- He should have experience working with OEMs or Distributors in India.
- Manages and directs a sales force to achieve sales goals within a region.
- Sets short and long-term sales strategies.
- Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales Revenue.
- Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
- Leads and directs the work of others.

- Ability to navigate through a tough discussion

- Manage and drive commercial and sales operations.
- The candidate should be able to understand how technology solutions are implemented and rolled out
- Candidate should understand the benefits of analytics in the sales force domain
- Candidate is willing to switch to a technology sales and consulting role leveraging the experience in Pharma/BFSI Sales
Qualifications : BE / B. Tech / MCA / MSC - IT.
