Regional Sales Manager for an MNC client
Primary Duties:
- Identify and cultivate new sales prospects and revenue streams within designated territories.
- Lead strategic planning and business development efforts, both short-term and long-term, in the specified region.
- Collaborate closely with presales and delivery teams across various business sectors to identify new opportunities and meet existing customer needs.
- Oversee the ongoing sales strategy and growth initiatives within assigned accounts, as well as pursue new business ventures.
- Assume full responsibility for managing sales negotiations and engaging with key decision-makers.
- Manage the entire sales process from order processing to timely collection of payments.
- Directly responsible for ensuring profitability and expansion in the assigned region.
- Coordinate the preparation of tender submissions, business proposals, and technical presentations tailored to customer specifications.
- Uphold and enhance the organization's positive and reputable image within the client base and broader Indian market.
Qualification:
- An Engineering Graduate + MBA
- Should have relevant experience in key account mgmt, selling complex IT/Technical/Digital Solutions to large GOVT accounts (Mandatory)
- Willing to travel frequently across Pan INDIA for business requirements
