- As a Regional Sales Manager specializing in Technology, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Digital Automation solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth across key regions by identifying, nurturing, and managing strategic B2B/Enterprise client relationships.
- Leveraging your deep expertise in technology, cybersecurity, and data center solutions, you will help clients meet their evolving IT needs while achieving their strategic objectives.
- This is a quota-carrying role with significant responsibility for revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Enterprise customers.
- Engage and manage relationships with key customer stakeholders including CXOs (CIO, CISO, CDO), Procurement Heads, and cross-functional teams.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute account plans aimed at maximizing revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and target markets within the assigned region.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in revenue and market share.
Industry Expertise:
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and customer interactions.
- Leverage your expertise in Cybersecurity, Server/Storage/HCI/Database, and Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) to effectively position and sell solutions.
Techno-Commercial Skills:
- Apply your techno-commercial skills to create compelling value propositions and negotiate favorable terms for both the company and the customer.
- Monitor account performance, identify potential issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a broader sales team to achieve regional and national sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular updates on account status, sales progress, and market conditions to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 8 to 15 years of experience in Enterprise Sales within the Technology, Cybersecurity, or Cloud industry.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships, particularly with senior stakeholders like CXOs.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in Cybersecurity, Server/Storage/HCI/Database, and Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- A Master's degree in Management is preferred but not mandatory.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of the technology landscape and the ability to stay current with industry developments.
