Job Description:
Heading a State (AP & Telangana) region for developing, managing and achieving overall Business Results,responsible for the P&L for the region. As Regional Sales Manager the individual will be responsible for defining and building the direct sales channel for the Region.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Result Areas:
- Own the P&L responsibility of the direct sales channel for the Region
- Design of sales strategy for the region, including the recruitment and training of the Direct Sales Force
- Analyze and evaluate effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
- Track and report on sales performance and other key metrics; provide results and recommendations for improvement
Qualifications/ Experience:
- We are looking for an individual who has been involved with building a direct sales force team
- The ideal candidate would be one with a high internal drive to succeed in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- An individual with 10 - 15 years of experience in leading large on ground sales force and with a background in merchant acquisition would be ideal
- Someone with experience in merchant acquisition at a regional level or has had the experience of working in a start-up environment would be best suited to the role
