Reporting to : Managing Director
Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai
Total Years of Experience : 8 to 15 Years
Education : University Degree or Tertiary Qualification in Instrumentation/electronics & communication / process / chemical /mechanical engineering
Job Responsibilities :
- Collaborating with the sales team to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
- Develop & establish strong partnerships with Channel Partners, key End users, Engineering Companies as well as Consulting Companies
- Presenting the required periodic reports on sales forecasts/project opportunities within specified time as required by the Managing Director
- Identify new sales and business development opportunities
- Responsible for Establishing - Spec-in- parameters of the client's technology at pre-FEED/FEED stages of projects with consultants/end-users
- Developing specific plans to ensure long and short-term growth.
Job Description :
- Formulate suitable strategy to capture more market share and increase revenue
- Provide - bid-strategy- support on identified project opportunities
- Lead and support local channel partners for the success of the identified projects and achieve mutual business plans.
- Perform Field demonstration on actual process
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals & Meet the budget
- Provides sales and technical support to customers and channel partners
- Actively manages and updates opportunities in the CRM as required by the company.
- Act as a Leader & maintains a positive, supportive attitude towards the team members, responsible for developing and driving sales opportunities with distributors, develop strong working relationships with distributors and key accounts.
- Responsible for doing the Market map, competitive analysis & presenting the data/analysis to the management.
Desired Skills :
- In depth knowledge of the local governmental regulations of key industrial markets like Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Water Treatment- etc
- Working experience in industrial Markets particularly in Oil & Gas upstream, downstream, Petrochemical, Chemical Processing and Power Generation Industries
- Mobile enough to travel extensively within the territories of responsibility
- Strong and well established relationships with Senior levels with the - Key End Users-, Consultants and - Key Engineering Contractors-
