Core responsibility:
Ensure and support Branch Sales Deliverables in respect of Karnataka state
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Industrial Sales - B2B Sales
2. Sales and distribution for entire state of Karnataka in Industrial division
3. Managing Key Accounts
4. Responsible for Branch operations
5. Warehouse Management
6. Despatches
7. Financial Control / Commercial function of the branch
8. Managing people - 15 - 20 company employees, 20 - 30 Distributor/ C & FA employees
9. Sales growth in terms of volumes and market share
10. Recruitment of Sales force / Front line Sales Staff
11. Training and development of sales personnel.
MUST HAVES:
- BE / B Tech as UG from institutions like IITs / NITs / RECs / Renowned Engineering Colleges
- PG in Sales and Marketing (MBA / PGDPM) from Premier B Schools like IIMs, NMIMs, IMT Ghaziabad, Symboisis, etc
- 5 years of prior relevant work experience
- Current experience to be in B2B/ Industrial sales environment.
