Key Responsible Areas:
- Achieve Sales target for the Biz Vertical
- Receivables are well within Credit limit at end of each quarter
- Retail activation and retail monitoring
- Brand and Sales promotion activity for the region
- Monitor & facilitate quarterly target achievement of dealers for Tools and Spares
- Ensuring New product placements at Dealers
- New dealer appointment as per target
- Coordinate with Service team for providing effective service to end user
- Team Management and motivation
- Large end user sale
- Deploy effective complaint handling mechanism for the region
- Key competencies required to deliver expected results :
- Computer Knowledge
- Experience in channel / Dealer sales management and industrial sales
- Behavioural Attributes:Communication skill with strong ability to close sales.
- High energy level
- Good in understanding customer / trade partners needs, co-ordination with various agencies to delivery satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Positive Attitude
