Job Purpose:
- Role is to lead and launch a new Ice Cream Brand in General Trade
- Individual Region. She/He will have expert-level understanding of marketplace, consumer and category trends, as well as broader marketing and merchandising strategies to establish new customers.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for the launching and day-to-day management of Sales team for the General Trade across the Region.
2) Provides general business and operational guidance while leading through influence. Drive Company goals, including KPIs and targets, and maximize the Sales growth.
3) Capture maximum market share in the respective categories / markets, Understand the marketplace, consumer and category trends, as well as broader marketing and merchandising strategies to establish new customers.
4) Engage with Key Customers and build rapport there by generating business opportunities, Also, take care of post-sales support required by the Key accounts.
5) Contribute & Implement sales growth strategy supporting regional strategy. Identification and implementation of new profitable volume opportunities within the account(s) to increase the business growth.
6) Provide time to time market intelligence to the company
7) Evaluate performance of sales team and provide appropriate feedback.
8) Interview, hire and train sales team.
