KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

- Experience in handling enterprise client is mandatory.

- Learn & understand our products and our prospective clients well.

- Understand customer pain points, requirements and correlate solutions and customer requirements.

- Source new sales opportunities through outbound reach, cold emails, skype chats or phone calls or anything to reach out to prospective customers.

- Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.

- Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence.

- Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high potential new customers.

- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.

- Achieve monthly & quarterly quotas.

- Perform effective online demos to prospects.

- Manage customer queries on call and email.

- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

CRITICAL CAPABILITIES

- Over 5+ years of proven experience in Enterprise Sales.

- Relevant experience in HR Tech/Ancillary Market with experience in interacting with CHRO.

- Should have experience from initial call till client closure.

- People who are selling deep into an industry (hotels, manufacturing, pharma, retail, internet)

- SaaS sales / internet product sales

- Should be well connected and networked in the HR Tech Industry.

- Should be able to handle internal as well as external stakeholders.

- Working closely with the management team, this individual will serve as an important spokesperson in advancing PeopleStrong's image and reputation with strategic customers.
