Regional Sales Manager - Top Emerging Housing Finance Company - Min 3-4 Yrs

Position -Regional Sales Manager

Work Location - (Maharashtra)

Experience - Minimum 4 years in Mortgages (HL & LAP) /Other Relevant Experience

Ctc - Maximum up to 7 Lakhs.

Work Responsibilities

Scope of Work-

1. Sales and Service Targets for designated Region

2. Setting up branches in the region and then scaling them up for growth

3. Leadership and Administrative responsibility of the team

4. Periodic interaction with customers through group meetings and presentations

5. Sales team performance monitoring, feedback and training

6. Developer tie-ups

7. Executing Branding / Marketing activities in the region through the team

Key Relationship-

1. National Sales Manager

2. Regional Credit Manager

3. MFI/CSC local staff (where we have national/regional relationship)

4. Developers in their region

5. NGO’s / Government bodies in their region

6. Customer groups/opinion leaders in their region

Key Result Areas-

1. Setting up of branches in the region

2. Achievement of Sales targets both value & volume

3. Satisfactorily Managing Developer / MFI / NGO relationship in their region

4. Effective resolution of escalated customer issues / complaints

5. Visibility in the region through marketing interventions

Responsibilities-

1. Responsible for managing ASMs and their teams

2. Responsible for partner management, support and operations

3. Ensuring team's adherence to policies and corporate governance standards

4. Responsible for marketing events including but not limited to roadshows, as developer site promotions in his/ her area

5. Implementation of Hiring Plans and Training Calendar

Capabilities and competencies-

1. High Customer service and Customer-conversion Orientation; High initiative

2. Excellent Team Management Skills

3. Good Communication skills to communicate in hierarchy

4. Should be able to manage teams across his / her area

5. Language - English , Regional Language and Hindi desirable

6. Excellent Relationship Management Skills to work with partners

7. Computer proficient – Word / Excel / e-mail / Web based system

8. Pleasant & well-groomed personality
