Regional Sales Manager - HoReCa

- Achieve targeted sales of Liquid Condiments (Mayonnaise,Tomato Ketch Up, Sauces & Syrups)in the North East states in the HoReCa segments

- Develop & nurture good relations with Hotels, Restaurants & Catering Agencies to develop them long term customers

- To guide and motivate teams of Area Sales Managers, Area Sales Executives & Sales Executives to achieve the sale targets

- To develop team to achieve the desired results

- To study competition , analyse it to counter the same and score over

- To discuss with Trade Marketing team to decide BTL activities to score over the competition

- To report the performance to RSM and discuss the further course of action & correction

- To build targets for the coming years
