Purpose of the Job:
The prime responsibility is to strengthen direct sales of various products in the defined Territory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive the business strategy for assigned territory and grow the market share across Direct, Alliance and DSA channel.
- To work with sales team in implementing business strategy in the assigned Territory.
- Driving servicing, Operation, collections, compliance and regulatory requirements for the assigned territory.
Key Deliverable:
Market Development:
- Identify Business Opportunities and create direct/alliance/DSA Channel business strategy.
- To set up network by appointing DSAs/Connectors.
Team Management:
- To manage hiring/attrition and nurture- & train team members of branches.
- To derive optimum productivity from the team.
- To ensure alignment & synchronization of Sales /Portfolio/Technical/Developer Relations team.
Risk Management :
- To adhere to Compliance & Policy governance.
- Portfolio quality by enabling right credit culture.
Customer Relationship :
- To maintain high standard of customer service.
- Relationship Management, resulting in multi-product sales & continuity of customers.
