A Leading Financial Services Company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager - Home Loans for Delhi/NCR location.
Salary : 10-14 Lacs;Work Exp : 8-12 years;
Key Skills :
- Responsible for achievement of Regional Sales Targets in conjunction with the Area Sales Managers, Sales Managers, Asst Sales Managers & In-House Sales Executives.
- Channel Management – DSA, Connectors & Builder relationship management.
- Highly active in maintaining the profitability by ensuring balance of ROI, Processing Fee, Insurance (MRTA) – Bharti AXA, Payouts to channels.
- Liaison with other departments such as Credit, Operations, RCU, Policy & Product and - Collections to maintain the overall TAT and quick query resolutions.
- Monitoring delinquency.
- Liaison and maintaining the synergy with group companies – R Money, RLI, RGI, RMF, Rsec for the cross sell process.
- Maintaining CRM, customer query and customer retention.
- Initiate various Sales and Promotional activities and Training programs to Boost the Sales Morale to achieve the targets with quality.
- Ensuring productivity and cost to revenue plan through budgeting and resource allocation.
- Development of various MIS’s at the local level for the creation of the sound system and channel satisfaction.
- Plan and budget recruitments of ASM, SM, Astt. SM, UM, BM & Sales Executives and maintain productivity to balance the costs.
- Knack with HR on recruitment and various other extra co curricular activities.
