Role: Regional Manager , Home Loan
Band: GB06
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling a large team and ensuring they are developed and equipped to handle the allocated market.
- Lead daily discussions with ASMs/BSM to finalize the daily sales plan and review of actual achievement.
- Make visits to the field and branches to gather on ground feedback.
- Explore and develop business opportunities with the developers about upcoming new launches, future business plans, etc.
- Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for ASMs/SMs/PSF, monitoring performance against set parameters.
- Engage and gain an understanding of future plans of developers; Align their plans with our business and sales objectives
- Candidate with local network is preferred provide inputs and support to the team, and impart training on process, product offering and developing better relations with Builders
- HR Participate in recruitment process to identify the right talent at senior positions within the team.
- Team Support the sales team in terms process to ensure efficiency
- Own the Process & Policies and ensure the compliance on the same
- Keep self & team updated on the current best practices of the market
- Find ways to improve the product knowledge and understand industry practices
- Train ASM/SM to figure new avenues and strengthen builders' relationship
- Motivate and monitoring the team to achieve monetary rewards (Business Incentives)
- Cascade objectives, establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance of the team
- Identify and create development opportunities, training, induction sessions, etc. for team members to enhance functional/ business knowledge
- Business Development Do competitor analysis on regular intervals
- Impart on the job training and guide development of the team in the field to enable them to better develop business

Business Target: Approx 30Cr +MOM
Team size: Total Team Size: Up to65
Number of Direct Reports: 4 ASM
Experience Requirement: 10-17 Years
Qualification: Post Graduation degree in any discipline
