Job description-
- Deliver Annual Sales Target in the country.
- Evaluate changes in the market placeand maintain & enhance the quality & profitability of the sales plan.
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and the competition within the marketplace.
- Keep himself attentive to changing market conditions and keep abreast of information concerning competition.
Primary responsibilities and contributions:
1 Sales: Deliver a minimum annual Sales Target in the Territory.
Evaluate changes in the market place, collect competitor data and maintain & enhance the quality and profitability of the sales plan.
Set up sales/ channel network with sufficient coverage over the region.
Collect orders from distributors in the region according to the schedule and monthly forecast.
Collect opportunity management and forecast in our standard form from all the distributors in the region and send over the updated information.
Follow up key projects / tenders in hand with distributors and provide necessary support.
Identify and visit key accounts on own / with distributors and help them to build up us reference hospitals in the region.
Generate direct sales orders from the market.
2 Marketing: Assist us to attend various conferences/exhibitions.
Work with the Line Manager to develop applicable media promotion plans, including but not limited to advertisement on magazines, journals of certain influence in local medical device market.
Identify potential key accounts in the region and set up a plan for penetration in those hospitals together with the Line Manager. Form up marketing plans and execute for such accounts.
3 Other Activities: Provide sales and product training to our distributors.
Submit monthly work plan as requested by the management.
Provide monthly and quarterly reports to us to review assignments in the previous period and to make the detailed work plan for the next period.
