Looking for someone having experience specifically in Gold Loan as a product

- As a Regional Sales Manager for Gold Loans, primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the sales operations of the company's gold loan products within a specific geographical region. You will be leading a team of sales professionals and working closely with branch managers and sales executives to achieve set targets and objectives. Your role involves strategizing, implementing, and monitoring sales initiatives, while also ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Develop and execute regional sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals for gold loans.

- Identify potential markets and business opportunities to expand the company's gold loan portfolio in the region.

- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team sales targets.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve sales team performance.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, business partners, and relevant stakeholders.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement effective promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend necessary changes to improve sales strategies.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines in all sales activities.
