Regional Sales Manager - General Insurance

Job Title: Branch Head/Regional Sales Manager - General insurance - Pune.

Prospecting and Client Acquisition:

- Identify and target potential corporate clients for insurance products.

- Generate leads and build a robust pipeline through effective prospecting.

Needs Analysis:.

- Conduct thorough assessments of corporate clients' insurance requirements.

- Analyze risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Tailored Presentations:.

- Develop and deliver presentations tailored to address specific insurance needs.

- Clearly articulate policy features, benefits, and coverage options.

- Negotiation and Proposal:-.

- Engage in negotiations to ensure competitive and comprehensive insurance proposals.

- Prepare and present detailed insurance proposals to corporate clients.

- Relationship Management:-.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

- Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and guidance.

Policy Implementation:-.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy implementation.

- Address any concerns or queries from corporate clients during the onboarding process.

-Market Awareness:

- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings.

- Utilize market knowledge to position the company's insurance products effectively.

- Target Industry: General Insurance (Liability, Project, Fire, Marine, Property).

- Not looking for experience in Health, Life and Motor Insurance.

- Not Required Experience in OEM, Dealership, Agency, Broker sales.

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate.

BQP Certification required.
