- Defining GTM strategy, including development of channel marketing activities like distributor network expansion, dealer loyalty programs and competition market strategies in accordance with overall business goals and objectives
- Designing, implementing and monitoring strategically focused sales forecasts/plans that contributes to growth of both the company and business partners.
- Maximizing revenue opportunities by achieving the set target through effective forecasting, optimal market business mix and distribution channel mix
- Managing sales data, analyzing the impact of scheme on business & designing new schemes accordingly in line with annual & quarter sales planning
- Planning & implementing strategies for new products in-line with marketing communication guidelines and policies to achieve the assigned targets, as a consultant for sales team
- Spearheading trade marketing initiatives i.e. outlet display programs & new product launch management.
- Managing sales automation initiatives and monitoring various sales platforms including CRMs often in collaboration with IT
- Defining and refining structured sales processes/ territories for achieving efficiency.
- Hiring, on-boarding and training sales executives in domains like product, market and process and mentoring existing team for sales excellence. Also managing sales representative compensation plans and incentives.
- The incumbent will be responsible for Maharashtra, Gujarat and MP
