About our Client - Our Client is a major in the FMCG Industry. They enjoy strong Brand Equity and are well respected in their domain. They are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager Based out of Tamil Nadu.
Job Description - Reporting to the Region Head, you will be responsible for Reviewing productivity measures and recommend actions for improvement
- Assessing distribution gaps and to drive growth in unrepresented and under-represented markets and to determine whether to have direct/indirect distribution
- Reviewing weekly & monthly performance and suggest actions for enhancing Sales, Market Share
- Improving adherence to Sales Routines and Processes and to Develop the Sales Team on the job to improve skill levels
- Segmenting priority markets for activation and plan on investments judiciously to drive business growth
- Planning specific marketing programs and promotions to improve gaps in execution
The Successful Candidate:
- You will be an MBA, specializing in Sales and Marketing with at least 5-6 years experience in the FMCG Industry.
- You should have workable knowledge of Tamil, to enable smooth communication with trade Partners.
- You should have the experience of handling a large team and geography and exposure to starting a business from scratch.
