Regional Sales Manager - FMCG - South & East Region

- The position will be responsible to ensure implementation of the commercial targets in the region on a brand wise, customer wise & month wise basis. Also, to ensure proper availability and merchandising on a regular basis.

Description

The role would be responsible for the following:

- Sales and Commercial Performance

- Operational Effectiveness

- Market Visits & Promotions

- Credit & Payment Collections

- Trade Relationship

- Competitors analysis

- Team Development & Supervision

Working Relationships - Internal and External

Profile

- 9-12 years of sales/commercial experience

- A strong exposure to key accounts management in beverage/ other business, a strong advantage

- Experience in implementing promotional activities is extremely important.

- Prior experience in handling the same area is preferred, although not necessary

- Experience in consumer industry preferable.
