Description - While reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the regional sales manager for north will be responsible to Ensure Implementation of approved sales plans and strategies in the Region.
This person will be required to meet the sales targets by increasing the staff count and strengthening field fundamentals.

Description :
This person will be reporting directly to the Director of Sales and will be responsible for:
- Achieving the sales targets by planning and executing appointments, removals, active representatives, etc.
- Preparation of annual sales forecast
- Analyse the market to create an annual plan to achieve planned goals
- Foster development of Zone Managers through training and coaching
- A high visibility role.
