Regional Sales Manager | FMCG & Retail
Regional Business Head - West Region
We are looking for a result-driven Reginal Business Head to manage the P&L of our Western Region Distribution business.
Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for achieving the P&L targets for the Region
- Work with senior management in defining Brand experience, sales strategy and work on the execution plan based on the defined strategy
- Work closely with the operations team to streamline day to day Customer / Brands requirements
- Sound Knowledge to managing Operations is equally important
- Build, Lead and manage the Account Management and Sales team for achievement of sales targets and reach as per the plan
- Maintain healthy relations with clients both Brands & Retailers for Win Win
- Conduct Periodic review on the Progress of Business health
Qualifications: MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing from Tier 1 B School with 10+ years of professional experience working with FMCG Brands & New Age E-Com companies.
Skills required:
- Strong experience in the domain of sales & ops managing scale
- Strong analytical skills
- Should have the experience of working with cross functional teams with stake holder management
- Aptitude to work in a fast-paced organization with active listening, negotiation, facilitation, and reasoning skills
- Proven leadership capability to build, lead, manage and groom teams
- The individual must have hands-on approach, ready to get hands dirty whenever needed
