Key Result Areas :

- Own the revenue responsibilities for their region.

- Lead and manage the Sales team for achievement of increase in distribution and reach as per annual business plan

- Build a network of partners to supply FMCG goods and commodities to retail stores in his/her region in both rural and semi urban areas.

- Build, lead and manage a large distributed workforce for their region.

- Lead the sales team and assign the sales and distribution targets Geographically, Monthly, Weekly & Daily.

- Conduct Periodic review on the Progress of Business, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and on Yearly basis

Academic Qualifications / Experience :

Post graduate with 15+ years of professional experience

Key Skills :

- Strong experience of mass distribution is critical.

- Should have the experience of increasing coverage and adding new outlets

- Experience of leading and managing large teams spread across the geography

- Must have the aptitude to work in a fast-paced organization with active listening, negotiation, facilitation, and reasoning skills

- Proven leadership capability to leading, managing and grooming teams

- Proven ability to lead in a collaborative manner

- Great team player, have sound leadership skills, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks

Ideal Candidate : Will come from an FMCG company having a strong brand and distribution set up.
