Core Responsibility:
- Establish coverage, Distribution and Display objectives in line with Business Plan and achieve turnover, ND, weighted ND and market share targets.
- Build Team & Channel productivity in the Region.
- Have a Clear focus on Traditional Channels to expand coverage, Visibility and deliver budgeted sales volumes & value.
- Build network of channel partners ensuring retention of existing channel partners through delivering ROI and expanding channel partner coverage as per business need.
- Own and review Region MIS including statutory reporting.
- Strong financial acumen to control expenses and cost lines to deliver budgeted region profitability.
Regional P & L owner
- End to end responsibility for managing C&Fs in his Region, in co-ordination with the Logistics department and the Regional accounts manager.
- Thought & execution leader for the Region including mentoring the Team. Implement best practices in the region for sustainable & hygienic business development.

- Cross-functional co-ordination to drive brand objectives
- Vendor co-ordination for all executional work
- Assisting Trade Marketing in executing the annual marketing calendar.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
- MUST HAVE
- Minimum 13 Years of Sales experience and at least 5 years as Regional Sales Manager in Reputed FMCG Company. Experience can be relaxed for exceptional candidates
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Must be and MBA from a premier institute.
- Good interpersonal skills.
