Job Description : Seeking a dedicated and motivated Regional Sales Manager to oversee and enhance sales operations. The role entails driving sales strategies, managing the sales team, and expanding the customer base in the FMCG industry.

Description:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team to achieve set targets

- Implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales objectives



- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base



- Ensure outstanding customer relationship management



- Steering operations with a view to achieve organizational objectives and ensure profitability.



- Networking with financially strong & reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration & reach



- Exploring new markets for promoting products and conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitors to achieve market share metrics.



- Reviewing & interpreting the competition & market information to fine-tune the marketing strategies



- Driving sales initiatives and achieving desired targets with overall responsibility of Return on Investment (ROI)



- Conceptualizing & implementing the sales promotional activities as part of brand building



- Recruiting, mentoring, training & coaching personnel of the sales team for ensuring optimum performance to deliver quality services.



- Formulating long term/ short term strategic plans, conducting negotiations & marketing operations thereby achieving increased sales growth across region.



- Long Term Vision Development for sustainable and profitable business progression



Profile:

- At least 15 years of overall experience in the FMCG sales sector

- Candidate should come with experience - selling to the North India geo



- Strong presentation and communication skills.



- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.



- Interact effectively with employees at all organizational levels.
