SALES Processes
- Sales forecasting for the region in coordination with the ASM for GT and MTF
- Driving KPI's for sales & distribution as per goal Sheets in the region.
- Reviewing daily performance of Area Sales Managers on distribution KPI's.
- Monitoring performance and ROI of Distributors & Stockiest
- Increasing market reach by identifying market gaps and supervising stockiest appointment to fill the same.
- Advance planning and design of BTL activities in the regions in accordance with marketing team and implementing at regions with the help of marketing officers.
- Ensure 100 % adherence to the implementation of Swift and HHT.
- Implementing 100% of Josh way of working in the regions.
- Collaborating with HO rural team in implementing rural initiative in the regions.
Credit & Claim Management
- Monitoring the collections in the region from distributors as per TCL norms
- Ensuring claim submission & settlement in time as per policy
- Ensuring compliance to all statutory legal /commercial requirements
Trade Inputs
- Providing inputs to Trade Manger for designing promotion material / gift schemes
- Ensuring effective implementation of promotion schemes in the region.
- Ensuring the implementation of Visibility programs/ Promotion in MTF regional chains.
Inventory Management
- Ensuring optimum stock position in the region by coordinating between CFA, distributors, PAQA & Logistics Heads
- Maintaining required fill rates & enhancing off takes of the category range in MTF regional chains
- Responsible for liquidation of GT and MTF stocks before ageing.
Market Intelligence
- Gathering market intelligence and providing strategic input to Marketing & Category Heads for further actions
- Providing customer/ channel feedback on product, quality, packaging to concerns Dept.
- Ensuring timely generation of MIS/ market analysis for GT and MTF & reporting to HO.
HRD
- Appointment of ASM/ TSI
- Appointments of Distributors & Stockiest
- Identifying the Training needs of the ASM /TSI/SSM & recommending to HR
