Regional Sales Manager - FMCG - South
Will be responsible to handle sales for an Area / City / Region
Develop and become expert in Food/ Snacks product knowledge and customer segment needs.
Distribution and Channel Management
Develop and execute sales plans for key existing and potential customers on a semi-annual basis.
Understand and relate the results to the customer. Refine selling strategies based on the outcome
Should be responsible for General Trade sales
Interact on a regular basis through verbal and written communication with the Area sales Managers or sales Officers
Ensure and lead Account Development with companies operational procedures
Lead, motivate & develop team to maximize profits
Generate new sales and maintain current accounts and service
Sustain and increase revenue inflow
Maximizing ROI of the region
Manage an individual expense account within budget guidelines
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
Post graduate in Marketing or MBA from a premiere B. School, Minimum 8 years of work experience from FMCG Companies
