About our Client - Our client is one of the leading Food Service companies globally with a significant presence in the India market. They are widely regarded as leading innovators in this space, and are looking at driving their next phase of growth in India. Currently, they are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.
Job Description - Reporting to the Country Head, you will be responsible for:
- Driving sales and distribution across the North India market
- Improving efficiency across existing channel partners, and expanding the distribution footprint across the region
- Working closely with the product teams and updating them about market trends and patterns.
- Identifying key customers and working closely with them to deliver customized solutions.
- Leading a team and be responsible for the training, development and career progression.
The Successful Candidate - You will be a post graduate with around 10 years of experience in core sales, business development and distribution roles. Prior experience of having worked in the Food Service Industry, and dealt with clients across Hospitality and QSR is a must. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of success.
