A major Indian conglomerate is looking for Regional Sales Manager to handle food products.
We are looking for candidates who has MBA from Top 5 business School only.
Location will be Kolkatta
Role and Responsibilities
SALES Processes
- Sales forecasting for the region in coordination
- Driving KPI's for sales & distribution as per goal Sheets in the region.
- Reviewing daily performance of Area Sales Managers on distribution KPI's.
- Monitoring performance and ROI of Distributors &Stockists
- Increasing market reach by identifying market gaps and supervising stockist appointment to fill the same.
- Advance planning and design of BTL activities in the regions
- Collaborating with HO rural team in implementing rural initiative in the regions.
Credit & Claim Management
- Monitoring the collections in the region from distributors
- Ensuring compliance to all statutory legal /commercial requirements
Trade Inputs
- Providing inputs to Trade Manger for designing promotion material / gift schemes
- Ensuring effective implementation of promotion schemes in the region.
Inventory Management
- Ensuring optimum stock position in the region
- Responsible for liquidation of GT and MTF stocks before ageing.
Market Intelligence
- Gathering market intelligence and providing strategic input to Marketing & Category Heads for further actions
- Providing customer/ channel feedback on product, quality, packaging to concerns Dept.
