Client Details
Our Client is one of the leading global FMCG companies with a strong presence in established markets and a robust plan for growth in new and up-coming markets like India. They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who can contribute towards the growth of a portfolio of brands in the Indian market.
Description
The chosen candidate would report to the Marketing Manager and would be responsible for the following:
- Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
- Managing a sales team in order to maximise sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
- Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
