Job description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handling existing distributors and dealers as well as adding new ones wherever required.
- Responsible for sales and business expansion by identifying new market segments for sales opportunities.
- Managing and driving the sales in the assigned region
- Strategizing and implementing a sales management process to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects
- Implement sales policies/ strategies and promotion schemes and generate revenue.
- Responsible for primary and secondary sales.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of sales targets
- Launching New Product in the market with proper visibility in stores.
- Looking after the Sales Promotion activities and Work site activities to increase the visibility
- Building and maintaining long-term relations with customers
- Addressing any customer queries and guiding them with their purchasing decisions
- Maintaining an accurate and detailed record of all sales
- Preparing and presenting sales reports to the higher management
- Researching current market trends and making a note of customer requirements
- Reviewing competitor product offerings
- Making cold calls to attract potential customers
- Developing effective sales strategies
- Diverting customer requests and complaints to the relevant departments
- New account acquisition & development
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients
- Monitoring competition activities and pricing on regular basis. Regular update on competitor margin and activities/Launch
- Ensure a good relationship with distributors.
- Maintain all sales reports as per company guidelines.
- Should identify new areas for business development opportunities.
- Visit potential customers and increase sales as per the target give.
- Identify potential prospects and contact them so as to generate new customers locally.
