Michelin India is recruiting Regional Sales Manager for Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Haryana and Maharashtra

The mission in this role is "To lead the sales team in the region and be responsible for achievement of the sales objectives"

Job responsibilities :

- Manage a sales team.

- Market analysis, build and implement necessary action plans.

- Drive and realise sales plan through dealer network and direct customers across product categories.

- Manage key accounts and increase the professionalism of the business with customers.

- Address all the customer's transverse questions.

- Manage the flow of communication between Michelin staff (field and central).

Candidate Profile Preference/Qualifications :

- The candidate should be a graduate.

- Post Graduate qualification is desirable.

- Minimum 10 years of front line sales experience.

- Excellent communicator & collaborator. Independent thinker.

- Good knowledge of a sales channels and CRM tool.

- Should have handled a large region and managed a team.

- Good commercial sense and ability to think customer.

- Understanding of product liability and taxation.
