The company is looking at a major expansion wants to have a PAN India presence.
Responsibilities :
- Customize Sales and distribution strategies for specific markets
- Expand the market both in width and depth
- Ensure High level penetrations and service levels through channel of distributors
- Manage a team of ASM's and Sales officers and ensure all team member's achieve targets
- Target oriented: Excellent in Target Planning, Execution with regular reviews and action plan
Role expectations :
- Excellent team leader and front end the operations, lead by example.
Academic Requirements : Full time MBA - Reputed Tier 1 and Tier 2 schools
Max. Age Limit : 35 years
Industry Experience : FMCG Foods and Beverages
Channel Experience : Excellent in General Trade, Modern Trade would be an added advantage
Distribution : Should have handled mass distribution, experience in managing business in below 1 Lacs population towns
Geographical exposure : All Major Districts Of South Tn
Team handling experience : Already managing a team of ASM's or ASE's
Travelling : Min. 15 days in a month
