About our Client - Our client is one of the major global FMCG organization headquartered out of Gurgaon. They have been growing at a an above average market growth rate and have been considered to be one of the most employee friendly organizations.

Job Description - Reporting into the Regional Head - you will be responsible for Distribution expansion for the region

- Achieving volumes and revenue numbers for the region

- Sales strategy, sales training and sales recruitment for the region

- Sales Development and GTM transformation for both Urban and Rural

- Leading trade marketing and 4P activities for the region in conjunction with Regional and category trade marketing managers

The Successful Candidate - You should be 2005-07 batch only from a premier B school currently with a Major FMCG organization - MNC only preferably in foods domain. You should have excellent leadership and team management skills along with a strong track record of success.
