About our Client - Our client is one of the largest organizations in the Consumer electronics category. They have a global footprint and India is an important part of their growth strategy. They have a diverse set of products and are market leaders in most of the categories they operate in.
Job Description - Reporting into the National Sales Head, you will be responsible for- Designing and driving the sales strategy of the organization
- Being responsible for increasing the presence in the region by increasing the points of sales
- Driving local activations and demand generation
- Managing the current team and building it up further
The Successful Candidate - You will be an MBA in marketing from a top tier B-School, with at least 6-10 years of total work experience. You should come from the following Industries - FMCG/FMCD/Franchise Retail. You should have the ability to drive teams with a proven track record. You must have good communication skills and should be capable of eventually embracing a multitude of potential roles
