Role Description :
- Supervision and Mentoring of front line managers & executives of respective Zones
- Recruitment, training and grooming of promoters in the Zone
- Handling regional buyers
- To maintain relationship with stores managers
- Monitoring and driving secondary sales.
- Floor stock and management
- Debtors control.
- Forecasting
- Achievement of budget
- Sales forecasting and stock management
- Ensure fill ratio.
- Generating PO's.
