Regional Sales Manager
Job Role:
- Plan & Execute institutional sales strategy for growth.
- Align and execute trade and consumer promotions with the institutional sales strategy and overall business plan.
- Listing of new products across institutional sales chain.
- Responsible for achieving planned sales through distributors.
- Manage distributors by adequate stock inventory, timely submissions and sattlement of claims.
- Work within company's allocated promotional cost and ensure most effective spending in driving sales and strengthen brands.
- Motivate and lead key accounts sales team to achieve desire objectives set by company.
- Enhance merchandising and ensure rightful planogram space.
- Negotiate favourable TOT contracts with institutional sales chain.
- Ensure correct pricing of products and work closely with sales head and area managers overseeing traditional supermarkets and other retail outlets.
- Provide trade information, competitor's activities and market intelligent to company.
- Manage accounts receivable, responsible for debt collection and resolve all long outstanding debts if any.
- Monitor sales promoters/ merchandisers at institutional sales outlets.
- Resolve customer's trade issues, complaints and operational matters.
- Any other assignments from time to time.
