Regional Sales Manager - FMCG

- Candidate should be from food related business and from FMCG operations.

- Having minimum 15 to 20 years of experience and should be below 45 years.

- MBA must for chosen candidate.

- Should have worked all Tamilnadu in FMCG

Job description of Regional manager :

- To run existing distribution channel and expand distribution thru different modes and reach products to various parts of Tamilnadu.

- To effectively manage team size of 50 plus field force with 8 to 10 managers to achieve efficiency of operations.

- Drive and implement systems to develop business.

- Will be accountable for top line revenue generation.

- Should be able to plan independently and create plans for sales of current and upcoming products.

- Device schemes to effectively increase outlet share.

- Maintain financial discipline of distributor operations.

- Train/ recruit team and review them periodically.
