The candidate will be reporting to the Zonal Sales Manager and will be responsible for the following:
- Increasing sales volume in the region across various brands .
- Designing short term and long-term sales strategies for achieving annual target .
- Developing the new areas and business opportunities for the product.
- Developing distribution channels to ensure they have the know-how and support to successfully sell our products .
- Training and handling the team .
- Expanding distribution network, and expanding dealer base and sales, as per Company strategy .
- Controlling end to end operations and costs across all the cost heads - optimising efficiency and operations .
- Conducts strategic account reviews on a regular basis to review service needs,objectives.
An ideal candidate should :
- Be a team player and passionate about driving the business.
- Have 12 to 15 years of relevant experience
- Expert in Team Management experience
