Handling the entire team of Distribution network, channel sales, modern trade and key accounts entire State.
Played a key role in launching the company brands in assigned markets. Conducted Advertising and Sales Campaigns. Monitored and improved PC/TC ratio. Established dynamic indent.
Designed promotional schemes and handled media to motivate Partners and enhance business.
Recruiting the sales team provide the training and motivating them about the products and schemes.
Helping them in achieving their monthly targets by making joint market visits.
