Description :
The key responsibilities of the role are :
- Improve distribution in the region by careful study and need gap identification
- Handle man power hiring, training and productivity in the region
- Be responsible for the Top Line as well as the Bottom line for the region
- Handle all budgeting expenses and coordinate with cross functional teams
- Implement Sales Force Automation and drive decision making
- Working on trade and customer marketing interventions in the region
Profile :
A successful candidate will be someone with
- 10-15 years of experience in front line sales in the FMCG industry only
- MBA degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 College
- Having experience in handling large teams
- Someone with experience in handling a large geography
