Role of RSM

- Incumbent should have a prior strong experience in distribution and automation.

- Looking for young and someone who is able to drive the business.

- Looking at a Zonal Sales Manager with a good pedigree who aspires to be a National Sales Manager

- Incumbent would manage a team of 250 people with 7-8 direct reportees. This position is based out of Gurgaon

- A good personality should have a stable career.

- Will report to Sales Head.
