Job Description - Spear head the business operations for South Region ( Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka)
- Net sales, Distribution and Share of market - Drive Region profitability through efficient deployment of regional budget and portfolio management
- Design and execution of Sales Strategy in- line with the organizational growth aspiration:
- Route to Market, Infrastructure and Capability development
- Talent management :
- Acquisition , Development and Engagement
The Successful Candidate - Total 10 -15 years Sales experience out of which minimum 8 years in retail FMCG Sales environment
- Experienced in Regional Business strategy development and Deployment
- Strong demonstrated Leadership skills
- Sound knowledge and exposure to Route-to-market strategy and execution
