Client of Panache recruit is looking out for Regional Sales Manager for FMCG domain based out at Nairobi-Kenya.
Client is a FMCG giant having presence in more then 15 countries and has various products into foods, Cosmetics etc.
Experience required - 10-12 yrs
Qualification - MBA/PGDM (Full time)
IMPORTANT: Candidate should be based in Kenya presently.
Role
- The person will responsible for managing a set of distributors in an assigned region at the same time appoint new distributors.
- He will ensure the primary business and remittance of the distributors.
- Responsible for development of business in assigned region along with successfully launch new products.
- Drive Numeric Distribution & Geographical Expansions
- Evaluate & implement trade marketing activity & monitor
- Manage traditional trade as well modern trade effectively & efficiently
- Collecting Market intelligence & update to higher authority.
- Achieving Volume and Value targets by Month, QTR & Year.
- Volume plan for the financial year.
- Have to handle a team of local staff.
- Training of Sales force & People management.
