We are looking for a RSM - South India for FMCG brand based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet targets. Lead and support the sales team.

- Market Expansion: Identify growth opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Channel Management: Build relationships with distributors and key accounts to optimize sales channels.

- Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies. Report regularly to senior management.

- Brand Promotion: Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility and ensure consistent promotion.

- Customer Focus: Maintain high customer satisfaction and address issues promptly.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.

- 10+ years in sales management, ideally in FMCD,FMCG,Furniture,Tyres etc

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Proven track record in sales growth and team management.

- Willing to travel extensively.
