Job Description:

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas of our company. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience managing the operations, while taking accountability for reaching targets. You should also be able to remotely supervise a team of salespeople and set profitable goals. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mind-set. Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company's success in the long run.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Create a distinct sales process for sales managers and reps to follow.

- Establish clear sales objectives for the week, month, year, etc.

- Develop a network of direct and indirect sales teams for generating leads and business.

- Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs.

- Hold and direct sales meetings Train new sales department hires in company processes and procedures.

- Manage and supervise sales team to ensure they are on track in achieving sales goals

- Lead, motivate, acknowledge, and inspire your team to perform beyond expectations

- Hold frequent performance reviews with staff to provide constructive feedback

- Celebrate sales achievements and goals met or surpassed

- Establish new relationship, nurture existing relationship, train & pitch the loan product

- Coordination with the Operations and credit teams in maximizing the disbursals

- To track the existing portfolio and ensure the near-delinquent and delinquent

- Continually monitor and track regional sales performance analyze and report on monthly sales outcomes

- Strategically forecast and manage budgetary information Be informed on relevant markets and coinciding target audiences

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 to 20 years, exposure to Business Loan

- Working Capital Loan with a good know-how of technology adaption in businesses.

- Preferred Industry experience - Bank / NBFC / Fintech handling Sales in unsecured business loan

- Merchant banking/ direct sourcing from market / DSA/ similar industry experience


- Demonstrate knowledge in our area of sales Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
